Registered Nurse
Elizabeth Abraham
Elizabeth has been an oncology nurse for over 20 years with a primary focus in women’s health treating GYN and breast cancer patients. Elizabeth loves to help women improve their health & wellness by teaching pillars of lifestyle medicine and promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors. She leads a 12-week survivorship course for breast cancer survivors and loves building community and trust. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, supporting the Pan Mass Challenge and playing the piano.

Health Coach
Janine Gilarde
Janine is a board-certified health & wellness coach with a private practice in Boston, offering holistic health coaching for women living with chronic health conditions. Her experience includes lifestyle medicine, culinary nutrition, obesity medicine, and oncology. Janine's mission is to inspire women to take charge of their well-being by making informed decisions and building mental & physical health habits. Apart from her BSN, Janine holds certifications in health coaching, lifestyle medicine, culinary nutrition education, reiki, and yoga.

Mercedes McCoy
Mercedes has a background in women's health and oncology. She is passionate about improving women’s health, with past research exploring cervical cancer screenings and HPV detection. Mercedes works as a travel nurse. She adopted her adorable pup, Blossom in Oregon! Along her travels, Mercy has seen firsthand the barriers to quality care in women’s health and oncology, pushing her to make a difference. Mercedes is mission driven to create patient-centered, equitable care for all women.

Nurse Practitioner
Alexandra Sorrentino
Alex has over 7 years of experience in oncology and critical care. Alex began her career in Integrative Medicine clinical research focusing on physical activity in colorectal and breast cancer survivors. Alex is committed to empowering women to be their own best advocates as they navigate their health. In her spare time she enjoys running, traveling, cycling and supporting the Pan Mass Challenge, as well as spending summers on Cape Cod with her family.

Health Coach
Diana Diamantopoulos
For almost 20 years, Diana has helped women create lasting changes in their physical health and mental and emotional wellbeing. Diana studied the science of well-being with Dr. Martin Seligman and other pioneers of positive psychology and received her coaching certification through Wellcoaches and it is this education and training that informs the way she works with clients. Diana lives in Peabody, MA with her husband and two daughters.

Christie Jurena
With over 15 years of experience in advanced nursing, Christie is a dedicated women’s health Nurse Practitioner specializing in peri-operative care, outpatient gynecology, family planning, menopause management, hormone replacement therapy, STI screening and treatment, and trauma informed care. Passionate about education and mentorship, Christie enjoys teaching patients about their health, lifestyles, and the importance of what we put in our bodies.
Education: MSN, Boston College; MPH focused on Maternal Child Health, Boston University
Physical therapist
Erin Michael
Erin has over 18 years of physical therapy experience. Erin is extremely passionate about women's health and pelvic floor dysfunction, especially during the menopause transition. Drawing from her own personal experiences with young, hormone-positive breast cancer and hormone blockers, Erin is motivated to help women feel more empowered in their bodies and while navigating the healthcare system. Outside of work, Erin is a competitive powerlifter, enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and loves spoiling her two precious fur babies!

Carol Sullivan
Carol is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in nutrition and women's health across life stages. She specializes in helping women improve their health through evidence-based approaches. Carol loves making people see the good in food, sorting through the nutrition noise and making positive health changes!

Christina Formica
Christina has over 6 years of experience in women's health, obstetrics, and perinatal care, in leadership and clinical roles across U.S. Navy Medical Centers. Drawing from her personal experience in managing health challenges, including endometriosis and PCOS, as well as her professional expertise in women's health, Christina is passionate about helping women navigate complex healthcare systems, ease their anxieties, advocate for themselves, and make informed decisions to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Meg Mahnks
Meg has been an oncology nurse at Mass General Hospital for 20 years, with inpatient & outpatient experience. Her outpatient experience consisted of working with gynecological cancers. Over her nursing career, she has been an advocate for her patients and their families. Meg truly believes knowledge is power. With a strong background in nursing triage, she is excited to help guide patients in their health and wellness journeys. Meg is also a certified yoga teacher and enjoys spending time with her two young children.

Registered Dietitian
Lily Reisinger
Lily is a Registered Dietitian in Austin, Texas. She works full-time in sports performance and also has a private practice offering women 1-on-1 coaching that specializes in eating disorders, maximizing healthspan, and treating chronic conditions. Her experience includes general wellness and longevity, eating disorders, sports performance nutrition, and culinary nutrition. As a dietitian, Lily's mission is to teach women the power of food as medicine, especially in the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases.
